Shipping, Cancellation and Returns
Shipping Policy
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery time is 5–8 working days, depending on your location and courier performance.
• We are not responsible for courier delays once the package has been handed over.
• Tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp after dispatch.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
• Returns are valid for 10 days from the date of delivery.
• Returns are accepted only if:
o The item is damaged, broken, or incorrect.
Return Eligibility
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
• Refund, exchange, or store credit will be provided after mutual agreement.
Replacement Policy
• The original product must be shipped back at your own cost.
• Forward shipping charges for the replacement will also be borne by you.
Refunds
• If the product received is wrong or damaged, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days to the original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI/Bank Transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
• Used or damaged items not due to our error.
• Products returned without prior approval.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
