Shipping, Cancellation and Returns

 

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.
Standard delivery time is 5–8 working days, depending on your location and courier performance.
We are not responsible for courier delays once the package has been handed over.
Tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp after dispatch.

 

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns are valid for 10 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if:
                 o The item is damaged, broken, or incorrect.


Return Eligibility

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Refund, exchange, or store credit will be provided after mutual agreement.


Replacement Policy

The original product must be shipped back at your own cost.
Forward shipping charges for the replacement will also be borne by you.


Refunds

If the product received is wrong or damaged, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI/Bank Transfer.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Used or damaged items not due to our error.
Products returned without prior approval.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
